About the Role

As a Senior Hospitality Interior Designer, you will take the lead on prestigious projects, inspiring teams and collaborating with clients to bring bold, visionary concepts to life. Your role will encompass creative leadership, end-to-end project management, and mentorship, ensuring design excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilites

Creative Leadership: Translate complex client briefs into visionary design concepts that align with brand narratives and user needs.
Project Management: Oversee all phases of design, from feasibility studies and documentation to construction and delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced tools like Revit BIM, ArchiCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite to deliver precision-driven designs and construction documentation.
Team Mentorship: Foster growth and collaboration within the design team, mentoring junior designers and promoting innovation.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through impactful presentations and tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in hospitality interiors.
Mastery in design tools, particularly Revit, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven success in leading large-scale hospitality projects from concept to completion.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and client management abilities.
Deep understanding of building codes, construction processes, and sustainability principles.
