Harry’s Pie Company aims to deliver a “Famously Australian” experience with a unique touch that evokes nostalgia for the “greatest pie ever eaten.”
As a social brand, Harry’s builds connections with famous individuals globally, creating a destination for both locals and tourists to experience authentic Australian flavours.
Our challenge was to design a UX/UI that encapsulated the brand’s essence—nostalgia, craftsmanship, and connection. We developed a digital experience that invites users to engage with the brand on a personal level, ensuring they feel like more than just consumers.
The design began with a visually rich interface that showcases the heritage and authenticity of Harry’s pies. We utilized warm colors and imagery that evoke a sense of comfort and nostalgia, reflecting the emotional connection customers have with their favorite meals.
By incorporating user-generated content, such as testimonials and stories from well-known figures, we created an engaging community space where users could share their experiences and memories associated with Harry’s pies.
Furthermore, we implemented loyalty program features that reward users for their engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty to the brand. By aligning our design with Harry’s promise of being “Famously Australian, Uniquely Harry’s,” we created a digital experience that resonates deeply with users, inviting them to join a community that celebrates heritage, connection, and, of course, delicious pies.
